"Skills-Sharing" Volunteer Program Now Recruiting

The Skills-Sharing Volunteer Program is now open for applications. We warmly welcome anyone willing to come to the foot of the Himalayas in person and share their expertise with our children.

Placements range from 7 days to 5 months. We urgently need: doctors (Western and traditional medicine), chefs, baristas, yoga instructors, sound healers, language teachers, hairdressers, electricians/carpenters, physiotherapists, AI and computer specialists, and academic subject teachers of all kinds — and we welcome any other skill you'd like to share.

Volunteers live alongside the children and teachers, experiencing daily life at Padmai Ga-Tshal Choiling firsthand, and leaving behind both their expertise and their care.
